Where do I pick up OMALiNK in Omaha?

  • Eppley Airfield Ground Transportation area (Center of lower level, main terminal near Door 3)

Do I have to make a reservation?

Reservations are highly encouraged to ensure a seat on the OMALiNK shuttles. To guarantee a ride, a reservation must be made. Walk-up passengers are happily accepted, but shuttles may not operate at a particular time if no reservations are scheduled.

Where do I pick up OMALiNK in Lincoln?

Any Lincoln hotel / college.or university / Lincoln Airport are our main pickup points. We will also pick you up from home. (additional charges may apply for home pickups or drop offs)

Do I tip the driver?

If you believe the service was safe, courteous, and you received good customer service, please tip the drivers...they really appreciate it.

Will OMALiNK drivers help me with my baggage?

Yes, our drivers will assist you anyway they can. Often they will carry your bags to the airline ticket counter, workload permitting. If your driver has gotten you home safely, or gone out of his/her way for you, make sure to thank them...Hint: They like tips!

Does OMALiNK offer military discounts?

Yes, $5 off the ticket price. OMALiNK salutes our men and women in uniform and will gladly transport a soldier coming home from a combat zone free of charge. Thank you for you service to our fine country.

I am 67 years old. Do you offer senior discounts?

Yes. $5 off any ticket price. Please only use one discount, coupon, or offer per reservation.

Do you have corporate rates?

Yes, please have your company's travel coordinator contact OMALiNK at 402.475.LiNK (5465) or 877.473.LiNK (5465) for details on corporate contracts. OMALiNK offers special corporate rates, group discounts, private charters and special conference rates. For any of these rates contact us at 877-473-5465.

How do I set up a charter?

Call the OMALiNK office at 402.475.LiNK (5465) or 877.473.LiNK (5465) to discuss the details of your charter. OMALiNK is a full service operation that is capable of both in state and out-of-state charters.

Do you pick up at my home?

OMALiNK can pick you up from any location (home locations as well) in Lincoln. We also provide local transportation to and from anywhere in the Lincoln area.

Can you pick me up from work?

OMALiNK is happy to announce that they can pick up any passenger from any business location for NO additional charge. If your company wants to save even more money have the travel coordinator call OMALiNK at 877-473-5465 about setting up special rates.

Can you take a group up to Omaha for a concert and bring us back later that night?

Definitely...This is a popular option. A group could take the shuttle at any time and be dropped off any where for a concert, and be picked up at a time the group designates. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!

Can you take a courier package to Omaha for me?

Yes, OMALiNK can take your package to or from Omaha. Just click on the Courier Schedule for additional details.

I live in Omaha. Can we use OMALiNK to come down to Lincoln for events?

OMALiNK will pick up at any location and bring you to any location in Lincoln / Football Games

Can I cancel or make any changes to my purchased itinerary?

Absolutely. Cancellations made greater than 24 hours from the scheduled departure time receive a full refund. However short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charge a $20.00 surcharge with NO exception. OMALiNK enforces a no show policy. So, if you make a reservation and do not show up at the time of that reservation for that ride, you will be charged full price.

How do I reconfirm my van reservation?

Call the OMALiNK office at 402-475-LiNK (5465) and reconfirm your van reservation with one of our friendly dispatchers.

I have a hospital appointment in either Lincoln or Omaha, can OMALiNK help me?

Yes. OMALiNK provides passengers with not only local transportation to doctor appointments, but we also transport passengers between Lincoln and Omaha for doctor / hospital appointments.We will get you to your medical appointment at a convenient time and pick you and pick you up when you are done with your appointment. I am husker football fan staying in Lincoln, can i get a ride from my hotel to the football stadium and back?

In 2009 OMALiNK started local transportation for NU football fans wanting a ride from their hotel / homes to the game and back,.
